Section Straightening Machine

The roller type section straightening machine is most suitable for straightening of any rolled,drawn or extruded ferrous and non- ferrous section in cold condition. This machine is engineered to give trouble free long life service. The body and base are fabricate form mild and steel plants duly stress relieved and machine as per design. All straightening rolls (top and bottom) are mounted on cantilever type spindle. This arrangement is most suitable where quick change of rolls are required.

This arrangement is most suitable where quick change of rolls are required. The gang of bottom rolls are driven by a distribution gear train. The direction of bottom rolls are clockwise/ anticlockwise depending upon direction of material. The top rolls are for applying straightening pressure on material.

These are having up-down and axial adjustment from front by hand wheels or optional motorized system. All spindle are supported by heavy taper roller bearing to bear radial and axial load countered in straightening. According to size of sections we offer regular eight models of machine to suit requirements. These machines are used in hot rolling mills. transmission line tower manufactures, general fabricators and cold drawn hexagon, square and profile bars and hot extruded section.
